We opened in 1998 in an office on calle Ricardo Soriano, two of us and fourteen houses on the books. We are still in Marbella, there are six of us now, and the way we work has changed less than you might expect.
We walk through everything we sell
No property goes on this website without someone from the team having been inside it. That sounds obvious and it is not: a good deal of what gets listed on the portals is described by someone who has only seen the photos the owner sent over.
We say no
If nobody is going to pay the price the owner wants, we say so before signing anything. We lose instructions that way every month. In exchange, what we list sells: last year the average was fifty-one days.
One person, start to finish
Whoever shows you the first house is the one who comes with you to the notary. No handing your file to someone else, no explaining your situation three times.
